रतलाम- (Ratlam) जिले मे अवैध शराब का परिवहन करने वालों आरोपियों के विरूद्ध प्रभावी कार्यवाही के लिए पुलिस अधीक्षक अमित कुमार के द्वारा सभी थाना प्रभारीयो को निर्देशित किया गया था। इसी तारत्मय मे अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक रतलाम (ग्रामीण) विवेक कुमार लाल व अनुविभागीय पुलिस अधिकारी आलोट पल्लवी गौर के मार्ग दर्शन मे तथा थाना प्रभारी बरखेड़ा कला रविंद्र कुमार दंडोतिया के नेतृत्व में सोनी रमेश चंद्र भंभोरिया द्वारा अपनी टीम के साथ शुक्रवार व शनिवार की दरमियानी रात्रि में मुखबिर सुचना पर ग्राम बरखेड़ा कला वह ग्राम हरिया खेड़ा के मध्य पर एक कार हुंडई वेन्यू वाहन क्रं. GJ 01 KV 0836 से 15 पेटी देशी शराब व 3 पेटी बीयर कुल 18 पेटी अवैध शराब को विधिवत् जप्त किया।
घटना में आरोपी भारत पिता भगवान गुर्जर निवासी ग्राम रजला का मौके से भाग गया आरोपी के विरुद्ध थाना बरखेड़ा कला पर धारा 34 (2) आबकारी अधिनियम के तहत अपराध पंजीबध्द कर विवेचना में लिया गया है।
